A beautiful Spring day, 20 people, 360 plants and a plan….
Gordon Craig Park in Wodonga now has 4 new ‘island’ plantings of understorey and groundcover plants under the existing Eucalypts. Organised by Friends of Felltimber Creek, with lots of willing local volunteers and staff from GJ Gardiner Homes, the planting was all done in a couple of hours. Thanks to Friends of Willow Park for the loan of the gear, GJ Gardiner Homes and ’15 Trees’ for the plants.
Next step is to mulch the islands and watch them grow!
